ANTOINE WEIL (he/him)

Antoine Weil works as a dancer, choreographer and producer. He plays with tones, absurdity and his emotions. He likes to draw on popular culture – for example, through clothing such as jeans, or in parodies of American films – to find a common language with the audience in an attempt to understand one another. His creative processes are playful and always leave room for surprise, excitement, drama and, above all, humour.

As a dancer, he collaborates with various artists and companies such as Alexandra Bachzetsis, Cullberg and Julia Botelho. In 2024, he presented a solo show, What’s in my bag?, at Espace Zabriskie at the invitation of the Limbo collective. His solo piece Pistaches, co-produced by the Emergentia Festival (ADC, ABRI, TU), was staged at the Théâtre de l’Usine in 2025. In September 2026, he became an associate artist at the Théâtre Sévelin 36 in Lausanne.
